First Course

Beet Salad - house labneh, pistachio, dukkah spice 

 

Choice of Entrees

Berbere Spiced Beef Meatballs - tomato chutney, black beans, heirloom white rice, braised kale

or 

Za'Luk Vegetarian Stew - roasted eggplant, San Marzano tomatoes, garbanzo beans, Sultana golden raisins, heirloom white rice

 

Dessert

Shortcake - house preserves, Marscapone cream

 

One bottle of TBD included with each dinner for 2. Must be 21 and over to order.

Meatballs contain dairy, no substitutions. Most other allergies can be accommodated on a case by case basis.

Wild Mushroom Ravioli - goat cheese crema, wild greens, sunflower seeds

 

Caesar Salad - lightly grilled hearts of romaine and Treviso, Parmesan, garlic croutons, boquerónes

Filet - potato gratin, broccoli rabe, truffle bordelaise

King Salmon “Mi Cuit’ (available through April 15, otherwise entree will be the filet) yuzu marmalade, sprouted rice, grilled leeks, chrysanthemum

Fall Vegetable Lasagna - roasted tomato sauce, parmesan

 

Dessert - Smoked Fleur de Sel Chocolate Pot au Crème, Devil’s Food Cake
